TEAZE ME Strapless Tulle Formal Mini Dress

A great dress for a winter formal, wedding or prom. Cream tulle with gold flecks. Gold sash with front pleats and rosette tying in the back. Strapless top with ruffled hem. Some staining along top of bodice from using tape (see pics). One stain near the bottom that happened during storage - the gold flecks stained the tulle (see pic).
