It is a great investment if you are experiencing any kind of body pain - back, shoulders from sitting for too long or from stress, legs, arms etc A friend introduced me to this device when I had a terrible back pain that no pain killers could resolve. It really works, and it works by preventing pain signals reach your brain. The box includes the map with body points for healing, 4 new unopened electrodes, charger (usb and plug), and device itself. Electrodes usually last for about 10-20 sessions, and you can order another set on Amazon. The battery charging still last very long time, ~ 20 sessions of 20 min or even more. This TENS+EMS unit has multiple massage types, different intensity levels you can set on your own, and it includes acupuncture. Selling it here as I bought a smaller version, selling it for a really low price and it is a great quality unit, while very lightweight.
