APPROX MEASURE (laid flat) 19" shoulder to shoulder 19" waist (unstretched) 18" waist to hem Odd place where the belt goes through the thread loops on one side. It appears to have been attached on one side through the braid of the belt instead of around it. I didn't fuss too much with it, but it would be an easy fix to snip the thread and then reattach (or just remove it altogether) to dress so the belt can be easily removed.
