THE PERFECT PROM DRESS • This dress reminds me of something straight out of Twilight! The square neckline can be styled for a 90s or 2000s look. • The pics don’t do this Jessica Howard justice <3 The fabric is almost iridescent and the bottom features this lovely black, floral, almost doodle-like embellishment done in velvet. • This dress falls below the knees for me (I’m 5’4) • Size 4p • There are little belt loops which can be seen in the second pic.
