5 1/2" x 3 1/2 " . 540 pages. Blue & Gold Antique Book with gilded page edges is in fantastic condition. There is a little spotting where the tissue paper was guarding the poet's image. All pages and binding are intact. Could be leather? The inscription on the front is from a member of my husband's ancestry. E. L Seger was born in 1823 and died in 1908. Emma T. Smith may be his wife who was Margaret Smith, we are not sure. The inscription reads: "Emma T. Smith IN OR A token of esteem from her friend E.L Seger (no date). We are finding a number of books in boxes that were found at my husband's parents' home. Seger is a relation to the Nostrand family of Brooklyn, New York
