Pleats gently in the right places, small slit at rear hem, fabric covered buttons and zipper at back. I wore it with classic black pumps, or one really tough days, red shoes. Comfortable and elegant from the moment you side it on through whatever barriers you find at work and into the evening for dinner. No fussing when you sit with the length, doesn’t wrinkle. When you have “that work thing that goes into that work dinner thing, or you need to elegantly present to an audience this is the key to success. While everyone is wearing business black - go red.
