THE Zimmermann amelie scarf tie cut out dress

I fell in love with this dress, stalked it for months, snapped it up, wore it exactly once… and decided I just wasn’t quite right for it. I now have the size 1 instead. I am 5’8”, 135 lbs, 34.5-28-39, with very high hips (yeah yeah it’s a muffin top) for photo reference. I’d say this fits a US 2 best and probably a 0 fine.
