THEORY NWT Gathered Sleeveless Dress in Stretch Knit Sz S

Worn only to try, tags attached! This dress is lovely but it somehow did not sit right on me. Retailing for $190 on Theory Outlet. It’s the perfect dress for that summer vacation you’re dreaming off! For reference, I’m 5’4” and it hits my mid-calf. The top is made of a stretchy knit and the bottom, a poplin. Because of the cut, the bottom is not see through.
