This THEORY Women's Turtleneck Sweater Dress is very soft and perfect for the winter, fall, and spring seasons. Could be worn as a mini dress or long sweater with tights. It has almost elbow length cap sleeves and a turtleneck neckline. It has small shoulder pads. It is from NY Theory Sample sale and one of a kind. Has never been worn. There are two small holes on the turtleneck collar and a tiny one near the collar on the shoulder that can be easily repaired by skilled hands. See pictures.
