lightone @sophiahanks Hi Sophia. . . Just the pants, no blazer. The waist is in the description (14.5”) and the hips would just be an approximation approximating where the hips may fall on the pants laid flat. Let me know if you want me to do that tomorrow. Thanks for the interest. 🌺

They are 14”, but they are low slung and rest more on the top of the hip bones moving into women’s meatier parts, so that probably explains the extra inch. Flawless gorgeous pants.
