I want you to understand something.,I'm not trying to get something for nothing..You didn't send the 3 Rings I paid for..I want the rings you need to send them to me... You said you didn't get my emails well I know you'll get this.. I also contacted Posh Customer Service..Please just ship me the rings..

hook7777 @ccjasc I'm not calling you any names..I'm sorry I'm upset because the rings weren't there..The envelope wasn't opened when I received it I'll take a picture of that also if you like..I did leave posh customer service an email to see what to do..I don't know why my emails didn't go through it makes no sense..That's the only reason I did this is so you could see what I was talking about. The day I sent you the text about not getting the rings is the day I got the envelope sealed with nothing in it. I hope things can be resolved soon..

hook7777 @leahlovelady Hi, Yes...She had the nerve to tell me there was three ring boxes in that envelope...I have a good friend that does investigations for the post office He said there was never ever anything mailed in that envelope...I was very PO'd... Can you please give me till tomorrow afternoon to pay money isn't in yet...

cocoamy @hook7777 so she mailed you an empty envelope? Im trying to figure out why she would do that. Posh will catch you she must just be dumb or its a scam shes been running on the post office to collect the insurance$. Sorry that happened but her closet is gone so that looks a bit guilty to me.

hook7777 @cocoamy Yes...I believe it was an insurance scam...She told me her husband was an inspector for the insurance comp...I was really upset cause I have a legitimate friend that's an inspector for post office he said there was never anything in the envelope...Then she was gone...

hook7777 @aymond Thank you...I was even going to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was in a hurry and forgot to put them in but who puts 3 rings in boxes in an envelope like that...There was never ever anything in that envelope...It's sad that people try to rip you off.. I do have more items I haven't listed yet and are on other sites...

evelyns1979 @hook7777 , this isn't cool that scammers are getting away with crap like that. Not cool at all. Why is it the "scammer" is selling things that she doesn't have and I can't even score one person to buy my items. Any ways, I am glad you got your money back. Happy Shopping.

mykelkel @hook7777 can you give me some advice on how to handle this? The same thing happened to me on a 100 dress. I've sold and bought through poshmark for years and never had a problem. I received the envelope empty, it was padded but I took pictures before opening because I felt sure it was empty. Sure enough - nothing. I've submitted the case for review and contacted the seller but she says she videotaped herself packaging and shipping the dress which sounds fishy. Ideas?

hook7777 @mykelkel I had to file a complaint with Posh...Then I contacted the seller she said just about the same...But I've been selling on Posh for a long while I don't know anyone videoing themselves... I'm really sorry this happened to you...
