@frommetoyou1111 I am not certain what you did while processing the order and shipping but the status says "available for pick up". I expected a delivery to the address and furthermore I am not available to collect the package so how do you intend to resolve this issue. Thank you

@islander268 Hi. I didn’t do anything. I just printed out the label, taped it to the package and mailed it like I do all my orders. Not sure what’s going on. Was their a typo on your address that you gave to Poshmark?

@frommetoyou1111 have you received an update on this package? What is even more baffling is that evidently no first attempt of a delivery was made to the address. Furthermore, I went out of my way to try and schedule a redelivery for Monday hoping this would work only to then be informed that this cannot be done as a request for the redelivery was already done. This situation needs to be handled amicable and professionally

@frommetoyou1111 I should have also noted that it also stated "package not eligible for redelivery" as well. I am confused and have never encountered such debacle so your assistance as seller on this matter is much appreciated.

@islander268 Hi. Well let me first state that as the seller once I tape on the shipping label, mail it out and get a tracking number it’s out of my hands. I don’t know why the item wasn’t shipped to the physical address on the shipping label. This is the first time that has happened. I did receive an email from Poshmark support and they said they would notify you on where to pick up the item.

@islander268 I emailed them back letting them know you was not able to pick up the item and I also asked them why the item was not sent to your address? I have not received a response for that email. I think this is more of a Poshmark support issue now because I’m not sure how you will get the item and if you don’t get the item you will get your money and I’m out of a product. So we’ll continue to stay in contact hopefully it will be resolved soon.

@frommetoyou1111 I sent this package to a freight forwarding company as I am not presently in FL. Also, they do not collect packages from the courier service offices as they have not had any interruptions otherwise of packages being delivered to them including USPS themselves. So it is safe to say that it seems Poshmark may have went ahead requesting for packing to pick up which is wrong of them and it needs to be fixed. They emailed me and I am responding right now.

@frommetoyou1111 hi dear no they have not done anything other tha.n telling me USPS attempted to make a delivery and left a note. No where in the tracking history mentions such as it would usually do. Furthermore, I ask for evidence which they have failed to provide me. As I mentioned twice I have tried to reschedule a delivery and the system is not allowing me to do it.

@frommetoyou1111 I went to search for a direct contact number for the USPS office in the address area but could not find one. Reviews online also shows that the office there has a very bad rapport in delivery some of which others have recently experience like myself. My last correspondence to Poshmark I am still awaiting a reply.

Because as soon as it is within your possession i will instantaneously repurchase but have it shipped to a completely different address which I know for sure would not be a problem including if it has to be collected at the postal.

@frommetoyou1111 Strangely it now saying "sorry, request for redelivery to this address is not available. You will need to pick up your mail or package". What irks me most is that USPS at no time upon receiving the package sent it out for delivery or else the tracking history would have said so. I paid for delivery and these lazy people decide they won't by manipulating their system hence i cannot even request redelivery; no wonder they have a 1.4 rating.

@frommetoyou1111 hi!!! So this morning upon checking the tracking again a notice was there asking me to schedule redelivery before 4/15 or that it will be returned to seller. I have already request delivery for tomorrow. I actually prayed on this lol and thankful it was answered.
