Two different sizes + damage to one! Requested for a return with images and reasonings. Waited for 9 days just for them to decline!

@channndy You did not show all of this information when you first opened the case for a return. You initially just said that the 5.5 was too big for sister and I now know that Poshmark does not give refunds simply because you ordered the wrong size. This is most likely why the case was denied. You didn't submit any issues with the shoes until right before they closed the case and I'm not sure how often they check for additional/new information.

@channndy Now that that's clear, I do see the shoes are two different sizes. I check all my shipments before sending them out so I'm not sure how I missed that. Nevertheless, it is my error and valid point for a return. You will have to contact customer service again to see if they will reopen or start a new return case. I have no problem doing a return, but it will have to be facilitated through Poshmark. Thanks 😊

@niquenky if you go back to the case, the second message I did mention that they were tried on anyways and one shoe was bigger than the other. But okay thank you. You should probably look for damage before sending too because one of the soles are lifted up before even worn.
