This beautiful A'GACI dress is the perfect way to welcome spring/summer! The under-layer is knee length solid teal (see pics). The top layer is a sheer flowing gorgeous teal with vibrant colorful flowers. Perfect for twirling! It has an elastic waist and there are 2 belt loops if you want to wear a belt or ribbon to highlight your waist. Without a belt, the loops blend in with the dress.
