THML. Small

THML. Small. Slightly smocked at the top (easy to get on and off). Small ruffle near the top. Sleeves have elastic at the bottom. This is navy. I ordered this from a boutique. I always wear an XS in THML. But thought I could use the small the way it was made. It’s just too big. But it’s beautiful. Worn once.
