TIBI cute pink and green floral skirt. Side splits with tie detail. Sz. 2

This TIBI skirt is super cute and could be worn to many occasions. It is preowned but in very good condition. There is a pink ribbon in the front of the skirt. Along each side of the skirt are 5” slits/splits. There is also a zipper feature on the side of this gorgeous skirt. It is a size 2. Approximate measurements when flat are: Waist 14.5 inches, Length (from waist to bottom of skirt)- 19.5 inches. This is a beautiful piece, you’re certain to get compliments!
