TIE FRONT top

Black and white top, sleeve less, with flattering ruffled collar and tie front, stretch, machine wasch and tumble dry, no need for pressing, gently worn. I did cut out the label/size but it should be size L, measurement 20 inches over breast, 14 1/2 inches under arm.
