biblical65 Hi, may I ask, my wife usually wears a misses 4 small. She is 5'5" tall and weighs 110-112 pounds range. Would this skirt work for her? Or would it be too small? I don't mean to sound dumb, but some sizes run slightly larger. In other words, is this skirt true to size? Does it have an elastic waistband? Also, would the skirt's hem fall below the knee, at the knee, or mid calf? Thank you, John :). I'm gift buying for my wife. Is this skirt pleated or straight?

ramiee09 @biblical65 hi! This is loose on me and I usually wear a size 4 myself. This definitely drags on me. This is better for someone within the 5'3- 5'5 height range. It gives the illusion of pleats. Maybe ironing it out might help to make the pkeata more seen. I've added more pictures
