TOBI Wine Romper NWT!!! Fits true to size

Bought this chic romper while I was still in college for formals and never had the opportunity to wear it. Super comfy, and definitely possible to layer with if you want to pair it with a winter outfit! My plan was to wear it with tights, booties and a jacket! The cute tie around the neck adds a lot to it and helps prevent too much cleavage. Overall, cute and versatile outfit!
