Hardware is gold-toned as well as the ‘hang tag’ that reads Tommy Hilfiger. Inside is wide open! Has 2 side pouches. On the opposite side there is a zipper pocket. No dividers. The main snap is magnetic. There are also a snap strap on either end to pull the bag together before snapping closed. It’s optional to use the snap straps or not. Inside and out are clean and look nice. The bag is flexible and does not stand on its own, like pretty much all tote bags.
