I have never used primer, but if I'm only using white shadow, will it appear matted? or just ensure the shadow stays on??

@gcone Hi there! I definitely recommend an eye primer or a paint pot works also. It helps you shadows stay in place so much more than nothing. It also helps with creasing and settling into fine lines.

So how come the shadow looks darker with primer? Would this be the case with white shadow that is sparkly? Would it appear matte instead of sparkly? or darker white? Thx
