Hi sweets. Well, I'm nearly done with week one of "work conditioning" at pt & I'm gonna make it, but I am pooped! I'm doing 2 hours a day, every day & I'm too tired to do anything else! Lol! My house is a flippin' mess!😳Next week is three hours a day, every day. Yikes! How are you?

I'm ok hon. Doing several hours of pt in the Spring (with autoimmune & allergy issues) is rough. I'm exhausted! Too tired to do anything or eat much & I'm sure I'm dehydrated...hence the headache. I pounded back a couple big glasses of water & my heads better. I'm making myself stay up & go to bed way early, instead of napping.

Physical therapy...I'm doing "work conditioning" (which means I'm doing well), and that's doing therapy every day. 2 hours last week, 3 hours this week, 4 hours next week etc. It's a lot for healthy, injured people...it's a LOT for someone like me.😳

For sure! I'm tired when I get there, but go anyway, even though I don't feel like it & I'm impressed by my ability to push thru. But then...I'm done! Too tired to do anything. My house is a flippin' mess & I don't care! Lol!

Right! Thank you!! I tell other women with chronic illness "No one ever asked to have 'Her House Was Really Clean' etched on their head stone!" But it's hard to believe sometimes. Just glad I live alone, no nagging husband! My kitties do not care one little bit!👍🏽💋
