Gorgeous velvet steel blue grey dress from the brand TopShop. the dress has a mock neck. There are cutouts by the waist. This dress is perfect to layer for the winter and would look great for New Years Eve. The size is a women's 4. It is an amazing condition. It doesn't look like it has ever been worn.
