Top/Blouse with metallic shimmer by Chico's. This is a tunic type top that pulls over. The pattern is a black background with a royal blue metallic thread forming small triangles within triangles. The top has a shimmer to it when it moves. The neckline is round with a metal clasp and a small key hold opening below. It is 3/4 length sleeves that would hit above the wrist. This looks like a long top that would hit at or below the hips. There is a 3" slit at the bottom hem on the sides. It is a pretty top that would work well for evening or day.
