Nice black sheer top/blouse by INC, Int'l Concepts. This top is not lined, but is not see through, just sheer material, and has a shirt tail bottom for leaving out or tucking in. The hemline is longer in the back than then front. It has a scoop neckline with a gold metal clasp and a keyhole opening below that which is about another 4". The back has an 8" zipper with a hook and eye at the neckline for easy on and off. The sleeves are open and would flow when you move. They are open and come down on your arm in a ruffle effect. It is SIZE 16.
