DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM TOPERTH! Never worn! This is a really cute dress! I love the tie in the front, it defines your waist perfectly. The fabric is a little thinner but I think it’s worth wearing. If you’ve considered buying from Toperth, I don’t recommend, because it takes a very long time for them to ship dresses over and the return process is such a hassle! I’m happy to refund you, if you end up not loving this dress!
