calicurated @labyrds15 it really is. I'm about a 33" bust and 27" waist and it fit me pretty perfectly. Let me pull it out of the closet to measure... I'll tag you when I'm done :)

calicurated @labyrds15 from neckline to bottom of the dress is 30". Waist is 14 1/2". From pit to pit is about 15 1/2"... this measurements a little hard because the top of the dress has that extra layer. It is VERY stretchy so if you're anywhere near those measurements (+/- ) this will definitely fit
