Seriously love this item. Neoprene skirt holds its form nicely when wearing. Fabric can be a bit scratchy, but you're wearing this to make a statement, no?! There is a small tear in the back - I didn't notice until taking out of my closet - and slight fraying at the back that could be trimmed. I'm normally a size 2 and this dress is tight around the waist. Would recommend for US sizes 0 and 2.
