saroabethina Can you measure the bust for me please? or qnf the waist please? does this run true to size or small? is there any stretch to it in the bust?

clsonnek @saroabethina bust is 14.5 and waist is 13. I’m usually around a size 4/6 in top shop and the top fit great but the torso didn’t fit right on me. I’ll post pics also. Not much stretch in fabric.
