TOPSHOP petite black fringe flapper halter mini dress

This item is super unique. I've never seen anything else like it. I wore it once years ago and absolutely loved it. It features black fringe in a kind of chevron arrangement. It reminds me of 1920s flapper style. It has amazing movement when on. The tag says petite US size 4 but it's definitely more of a 00/0. Some of the fringe sticks up a bit at the top but could probably be ironed flat. It's in great condition and would be so cute for a dance or party of any kind!
