TORRID Yellow Lined, White Eyelet, Above Knee, Flare Skirt

Simply delicious little white eyelet skirt lined with a sunshine yellow cotton that matches the built in belt, this flowy a-line flare skirt reaches to above the knee and features a wide, fitted waist, tapered skirt with a lovely flare line, size zipper, and built in cotton bow tie belt. Bought many years ago on a whim because I love how it looks on pretty much everyone but me. Been hoping it'll eventually look good, but alas, I am not built for skirts. In Excellent Never Worn condition, no spots or stains, no rips or tears - could use an iron on the cotton belt though.
