Elastic waist with drawstring. Very good pre-owned condition. Made of 100% Rayon. Machine washable. Waist is 32" around (UNSTRETCHED) and skirt length is 39" from waist to hem. Built-in shorts inseam is 4.5" and leg opening is 33".
