Claire was a trailblazer in the 1950s who was credited with the creation of American “Ready-to-Wear" Sportswear. This dress is featured in a draped silk chiffon shirred and gathered yellow bodice, with a dark brown knit waistband giving way to a voluminous Madras plaid skirt. 100% Silk {Bodice}; 56% Silk, 44% Cotton {Skirt.} The waistband is a Viscose, Cotton and Elastane fabric blend. Zipper with hook-and-eye closure at back. Subtle keyhole detailing down the back. Pockets at side seams. Length hits above ankle on most.
