This fabulous TOV Los Angeles “Unapologetic Chic” Black Tulle Top is brand new without tags and in excellent condition! The contrast between the tulle, lace, and embroidered faux suede create such a fun and unique piece! The only tiny imperfection is on the back (shown in the last photo).
