wallacer I would love to purchase but a medium runs 18” in the bust so if it is 17” it is most likely a small.

aliasqt @wallacer Hi. I measured again and it is between 17 and 17.25 inches across unstretched. It's possible it is closer to a small in U.S. size. The sizes in this brand are 36, 38, 40, 42 and 44. Thank you again for your interest. Let me know if you have further questions.
