@desireehicks Oh honey, I am so sorry for your loss. I have just started (almost 2 weeks in) Insanity & it is the BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE to lose weight. Of course you have to do it at my own pace until you get used to it, but giiiiiirrrl it is amazing!! You see and feel the soooo quickly!!
