I took it to Verizon and they said the phone is done they checked and said it should not be shutting off on its own. Also there was a lot of pics on it and apps I thought u said it was brand new? No need to send anything else I am happy with everything else. I just hope u didn't send it knowing that it didn't work... Please do let me know when u receive urs. I really hope u like everything... @kaykayluv I don't see why it wouldn't be working if its new. When I had got it it worked and I didn't like it so I switched the same day back to the iPhone. You are more than welcome to send it back and I can see what might be wrong with it. I don't believe that it's completely broke or whatever the Verizon person has said. If you send the phone back I will give you the amount for the phone cash! I'm a VERY honest person if you can tell by all my posts from my past buyers and traders. The last thing I want is a bad name, so I will be more than happy to make it up with the phone being returned. I will let you know when my box comes in and sorry for the inconvenience Hun! 😉

I want u to know that I have not forgotten about this and am going back to the sort facility tomorrow to see what the hell... It has been bothering me I know indent those packages and I tracked it again just now and it says it's still here in Vegas... When I find out tomorrow I will let u know!!
