tyler_bella @yem123 what I have done is both people change their listing to $3 or $4 and then we purchase them. Then, after we’ve received each other’s shipping labels through email we can cancel the orders. So then we end up not having to pay anything, which is pretty cool. Or we can also just purchase each other’s items and not cancel the orders, it’s really just whatever you’re comfortable with :)

tyler_bella @yem123 the other customer’s case was approved and posh is sending them a return label to send your item back to me. But I’m assuming they are still going to want their item, so I’d like it if you could open a case saying that you received the wrong item. I’m really sorry if this is an inconvenience to you and I’m really sorry this all happened in the first place
