nickitko @wondersale well I am not exactly skinny.. Lol.. I started seeing a dietitian and they they put me on medication to help.. I have been on it for like 7 months or so..I lost about 40lbs on my own first..

nickitko @wondersale I am definitely skinny compaired to what I was.. Lol.. I don't have a whole lot to say on how I did it.. I didn't really work for it.. 😔 I can't take credit for it.. I had back issues and lost the first 40lbs because of loss off appetite because of pain killers…

nickitko @wondersale in this picture I am supposed to be wear a brace around my waist (I had spinal fusion 3 weeks before) this was the first time I had real cloths on since surgery lol

nickitko @wondersale I am doing great since surgery! It was in july..it seems like it was a long recovery but I didn't know what to expect.. I am in SUCH a better place now.. Before surgery I could do NOTHING. like NOTHING. I couldn't stand for 3 minutes to do the dishes. It was horrible. And with a husband and 3 kids that is NOT a way to live your life. It was like that for a YEAR!!
