@memoryunlocked if you take the pants lay them flat and measure the from one side to the other you get the true measurement of the waist. the inseam is from the crotch to the bottom of pants, that gives you the measurement of the inseam.

@anitaw836 Correct. I used a seamstress website tutorial to measure the pants. Waist was 14 inches across x 2 = 28". Crotch point to leg opening was 33".

it's just some pants I get say 27 waist and can measure 15 " . materials are different. I have pants here that are 25- 26 waist and measure 15" across. that's why I was asking. i fit in 15" I like those pants, but 14" is too small. 😞
