TR Polka-dot sneakers detailed - EUC

Polka-dot sneakers - EUC - I found these in a vintage clothing store and bought them for my daughter because I thought they were so cute. Well, they're a half size too small. These have obviously been fixed up by a loving parent. The bows on the back have been attached by a glue gun. They may have done the polka-dots as well. The shoes are non-skid soles but otherwise there is no brand name.
