Retails for $165! Comes with tags and an old perfume sample! True vintage! States to be a size 10/12 but it’s vintage so sizing is smaller and meant for a 6-8 and maybe a smaller 9-10! It has puffy sleeves, everything is double lined and stitched! The waist area is 14” so doubled 28” The hips are 16”, so 32” with only half an inch to stretch since it’s velvet!
