TRUE VTG! KUTZ Layered Black Tulle & Velvet Bows

This KUTZ hat belonged to my grandmother. She was a fashionable lady who loved wearing hats, gloves & heels to social events and church on Sunday. She left behind a large trove of hats in great condition. All were kept stored in hat boxes in her closet. This hat is a summer weight tulle with no lining. Many layers of tulle, edged with black velvet bows. I say, exercise your artistic license to bring new life to this beauty. It sits large on my head, perhaps to accommodate big hair!
