TS Couture Amazon Bridesmaid Formal Prom Dress

Amazon brand dress, worn for a wedding. No size tag, but fits me decently well as a small/medium. PLEASE check all measurements. I am listing it as a small but that’s just an estimate!! It appears to have had an emblem of some kind on the front, on the belt. You can see where it has been removed (pictured).
