TS Couture mother of the bride dress, never worn

TS Couture mother of the bride dress, never worn, bought and too small. Model pictured is very small - wears size 0; sizing runs more like a size 6; there is no size on this dress that I can find- the receipt says size 10, the company refuses to take it back. Measurements: Bust: 36½ inch , Waist: 29½ inch , Hips: 39¾ inch , Hollow to Floor: 59¾ inch
