This T-Tahari faux leather pencil skirt is very soft and has a stretchy, elastic waistband. It is a light tan/dark cream color. The size tag has been removed, but the measurements seem to be around a size 10. Please note measurements to ensure fit before purchasing. Measurements are approximate with skirt laying flat: Waist: 34" Hips: 40" Length: 23" Machine wash cold.
