T&V Limoges France Late 19th Century Jardiniere

Beautiful planter vase produced by T&V Limoges, France, with the mark indicating it’s frok 1890-1910. Art Nouveau era piece with Japanese styling - hand painted pastel blue and pink flowers and black (or maybe it’s a very dark navy blue?) and white base colors, with a gold rim around the base. In excellent condition with a small piece of missing glaze near the top and some glaze missing around the top rim (pictured) Stands 5 1/2” tall, 4” wide at base,4 1/2” wide across the top
