This romper by Cynthia Vincent (ANTHROPOLOGIE) is so beautiful, lightweight and so silky soft. It’s like wearing a piece of artwork. The rounded V- neckline has snaps that go down to the elastic waistband. The waist has a tie so you can adjust the fit. The 3/4 sleeves can be worn rolled up and secured with a ladder lace trimmed band that is inside the sleeve. Or you can wear them down and secure them with a snap at the cuff.
