The boots that you shipped are not the same boots you posted and I purchased.The first pic is boots I purchased,2nd pic is boots @thecometgitl sent me,pic 3 &4 are stock/similar pics of boots sent.That I found on POSHMARK from other sellers.Because @thecometgirl said the 1st pic was as close as she could come to the pic of her boots she sold me.But yet I was able to find two similar pair.JUST FOR G.P.MY work schedule that day depicts that I Angie was at work as I stated from 2pm-10pm!!F.O.H.

oficial1 😫@mrstatumavila the second picture of the all black boots.Which look nothing like the first pic.She claim she tried to find a stock pic.Cause that was what she was advised when selling an item.By who doe doe???Why couldn't she just take a pic of the actual boot if she wasn't trying to scam.Whats wrong with these damn people.Talking bout I must've regretted the sale.😑What's wrong with these damn people!!!I guess they be like Oh!She spending let's try to get over her😳🙅Not over here.

oficial1 Yes!@mrstatumavila Im pissed I hit the accept button before I compared the two.But POSHMARK rule says evn if you hit accept and the item you purchase isn't as described.You have 72 hours to contest.It wasn't even 24hours before I submitted my complaint to them.She wanna play stupid,if I can find the damn boots to compare why she couldn't find them to post a replica of what she was selling.Then the fit like fucking slippers,like a an fat foot,legged person was wearing them.I am livid😤😡😡

oficial1 @mrstatumavila She blocked me I out this post from my sister page on EVERY one of her listings: MAKE SURE THERE THE ACTUAL ITEM SHES KNOW FOR SWITCHING UP HER ITEMS PLEASE!BEWARE THIS POSHMARK SELLER IS A BAMBOOZLER.I purchased a pair of boots posted above.The boots I received were totally different boots.If you look in my closet,I post all my purchases.One cause I LOVE SHOPPING,even happier that I'm able to have designer labels at affordable prices.Two to show the closet of Posher's with great deals,item & customer service.As my closet will reflect I've bought items for as little as $10 to $115.I just purchased a $350 Louis Vuitton speedy 25.@thecometgirl claims she was advised to use a stock picture to sell thee above item.I found numerous stock & exact pictures of the boots she sent.Which are not the ones above.Most buyers like myself who shop on here often.Especially when you set your sites on something you really want.You might overlook an issue or something with an item you buy.Then once you get a chance soon after you address.I received my boots on Friday August 27,2013.I work from 2pm-10pm.When I got home around 11pm.I tore open the box tried on one shoe which felt like a fucking bedroom slipper.During which my husband and I had been arguing.So I was a little discombobulated.I pressed accept,thinking let me let this nice young lady who held these boots two weeks after I expected to buy.With whom I compensated $15 extra dollars.The shoes initially $55.The following morning I compared the photos only to realize they were two totally different boots.I immediately contacted not even 24hours later.11am that morning,as well as Monday morning & today.If you read the not as described clause.It states even if you press accept.You have 72hours to still reply and make your argument.Poshmark didn't honor that.They basically bypassed that statement and included because I pressed accept.There was nothing they could do.They did however offer me $15 of Poshmark credit.Which I gladly accept,cause something is better than nothing.@thecometgirl is a lowdown,petty,loser.Who had I not been over zealous & anxious for those above posted boots.I wouldn't have been hoodwinked for this poor excuse for a human let alone a morally inept woman's switch-a-roo...God doesn't like vultures so you better watch your beak.Then she had the audacity to insinuate I had shoes here waiting to switch with somebody because I didn't want them.You stupid ingrate I NEVER owned and NORTH apparel except for coats.Thats why I so desperately wanted the ones posted above,and went against my better judgment i of choosing the same pair another Posher was selling in pink & black for these more neutral colors.That I can wear with almost anything with.

oficial1 It really is sad @reem_cakez They didn't refund my money cause I hit accept.Even though they state in the item not as described that you can still dispute within 72hours even if you hit accept.BS...but they offered me $15 which is better than nothing.PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.The second pair of boots I believe to be authentic.But at the end of the day,there not what she had posted.Nor dis she give any indication these were not the actual boots but a similar pair.She'll get hers in the end.If you look in her closet someone got over on her,so I guess she made up her mind to make someone partially pay for her loss!!

oficial1 Hi!@aishanicole No!Unfortunately I hit the accept button before comparing the boots I received to the picture above.They did give me $15 credited towards another purchase in the future.I guess something is better than nothing😒

epiccloset Sorry I shared this before I realized they were not for sale but a post regarding a complaint - I try to stay away from drama. Sorry you weren't happy & I hope things work out for you or that you are able to move forward now that posh has offered you a partial refund.
