TY Beanie Baby The End Bear 04265, rare tag errors

This is a rare tag error. The End to mark the end of the product line. Ty announced the discontinuation of the Beanie Babies line with the release of The End the Bear, a black bear featuring "The End" embroidered on its chest and decorative fireworks. Retired in December 1999, The End was supposed to mark the final Beanie Baby ever made but thankfully, after worldwide protests, Ty Warner was talked out of it and decided to keep the Beanie Babies line running. And Beanie Babies continued. Named "The End" to mark the end of the product line. Subsequently, Ty released another bear called "The Beginning for the New Year" after Ty was going to finish the Beanie Babies line. So there are two black bears and the two are often seen together. This particular bear is in mint condition, housed in a protective plastic box, and has only been used for display, untouched by children or animals. Although the hang tag is detached, it can be reattached. It has been kept in a smoke-free environment. The End is a black bear with black button eyes and a larger black nose. He wears a gold bow tie and has the words “The End” embroidered on his chest in gold thread with a colorful firework.
